ECFF is active in European food policy relevant to the chilled food chain, and representing the views of the industry to the relevant European institutions, and other standards and regulatory authorities such as FAO/WHO Codex Alimentarius Commission where ECFF is an Observer.
ECFF was also a member of the EU Concerted Action ‘Harmony’ Project on minimally processed foods.
